Colocation Options

Colocation Rochester offers a number of options that enable you to customize our plans.  Although we have tried to provide the most wanted options here, feel free to contact us with your application requirements.  Our technicians will be glad to provide a solution designed to meet your special needs.

Extra IPs

Our Unlimited Colocation Plan includes two Primary IPs.  You may choose to add additional IPs to your Unlimited Colocation Plan.  Additional IPs are available, contact us for details.

Dedicated Direct Admin Server

Colocation Rochester is a DirectAdmin Reseller.  We can provide a dedicated server for your web hosting needs complete with the Direct Admin Control Panels.  The server we will provide is configured with a minimum specification that includes; dual processors, 2 GB memory, 36 GB hard drives (RAID 1) & CentOS 5.  The DirectAdmin version will be whatever is current at the time of configuration.  Our current OS includes; CentOS 5, Apache 2, PHP 5, EXIM & Spamassassin.  RK Hunter and Daemon Shield are available as optional installed software.

Our Dedicated Servers may be owned outright or billed with your monthly lease.  A server we provide as part of your lease is owned by us.  We will do our best to design a webserver server that will meet your needs at a price you can afford.  Contact us any time to discuss your requirements.

Dedicated Bandwidth

Most applications use bandwidth in variable quantities.  We do not limit client's connection speed.  Access to our 6 Mbit connection is shared by all clients. Average load is currently between 5 - 30% of capacity.  Some applications require more bandwidth than is available with a 6 Mbit connection.  Time Warner Telecom will provide dedicated connections or leased lines (T1/PRI) for any number of clients.  If your application will require dedicated bandwidth, we can work with you and Time Warner to meet your needs.
