Equipment Access

Local customers have access to equipment by appointment during normal business hours at no charge.  After hours access is available by appointment or in an emergency.  A labor charge may apply to after hours and emergency access.

Server Reboot

In our experience the most common request is for a reboot of the server.  It seems that servers always die on Friday at 5PM causing great anxiety and stress.  Don't stress out, call us and we will reboot your machine for you.
